Shipping & Returns
We currently offer Priority and Express USPS ground shipping to the continental U.S. Orders will be processed within 3 days of receiving. Shipping can take up to 4 business days after being processed, depending on how far from us you are located. Orders are shipped out of Valdosta, Georgia. Please do not email us about when your order will ship unless it has been over 4 days as this only delays us processing orders. If you want your package expedited, you need to pay for the Express shipping.
There is a $25 Express Mail shipping option at checkout. These orders will be processed faster and typically take 1-3 business day to ship.
Typically, Priority shipping = 3-7 days & Priority Shipping = 1-3 days
Orders cannot be canceled after being placed.
PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address.
**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
**ONCE PACKAGE HAS BEEN TRANSPORTED TO USPS, WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY TIME, DAY OR SHIPPING PROCESS. MUST CONTACT POSTAL SERVICE
FAQ: Returns are eligible for online store credit only 10 days within delivery date. Returns past the 10 day mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers expense. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer but we will ship exchanges back with no charge. Please include your packing split and return sheet in your return! Once orders are placed they cannot be canceled. Please include original packing slip with returning your items.
What can be returned?
-items that are UNWORN & UNWASHED
-items free of perfume, deodorant, cigarette smoke, and dog hair
-items purchased at regular price
What cannot be returned?
-items that have been worn or washed
-items that smell of perfume or cigarette smoke
-items with dog hair or deodorant
-Bodysuit, bralettes, undergarments, accessories, shoes, & swimwear
-items purchase on SALE or with a discount code
Our inventory is constantly changing so exchanges are not likely to be in stock. You can list the wish for an exchange on your packing slip but we can not hold an item when request via email, phone, etc. If we do not have the exchange requested, we will issue you a store credit.
How do I obtain a online store credit?
We will issue you the online store credit via email and will never expire. You can only use this store credit ONLINE and not at any of our in store locations.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery
If you send back an item that is not eligible for return, you will be charge to send the item back or a 20% restocking fee.
Returns are processed every 3-4 days.

IN STORE PICK UP
-Our website is based out of Valdosta, Georgia, which is also home to one of our stores. You may select "In Store Pick Up" under the shipping selection at checkout for no cost. If you select "In Store Pick Up" but actually need the item shipped you are responsible for contacting the Valdosta store at 229-219-1002 to have them ship it for you AND pay for the shipping cost if under $50.
-All items should be available in store in less than 2 business days. You will recieve an email stating your order is "on its way" when its ready to be picked up.
-If you would like to return or exchange your in store pick up item allow up to 5 days to be processed.
